If an in-office appointment is necessary, please refer to the following guidelines: Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times, while inside our building. Only the patient and one additional guest, are permitted in the building. We will not allow ventilating masks or face shields. Beverages of any kind will not be allowed inside.
You’ll need to reschedule your appointment or have a telehealth appointment, if you’ve experienced any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days, unless due to a chronic pre-existing condition: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting (actively), or diarrhea.
