Brian Duke, PT, DPT | Physical Therapist for ages 12+

Down-to-earth yet energetic, Brian Duke’s specialty is neurologic physical therapy. He has broad experience providing physical therapy for patients who have experienced brain injury/concussion, spinal cord injury and stroke. He also works with patients who have chronic conditions, such as headaches, Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis.

“I believe that every person has goals that they are trying to achieve, and I enjoy helping to improve people’s lives and empower them to do more,” Brian says. “Physical therapy can help anyone with a neurological condition, because it is focused on goal-oriented treatment that meets people where they are and aims to improve people’s day-to-day lives.

Some of the many treatments he provides include balance training, strength/flexibility exercises, cardiovascular exercise, as well as functional mobility and gait training.

A native Oregonian, Brian enjoys rock climbing, all indoor and outdoor sports and playing board games or trivia with friends. He also enjoys country swing dancing. His most recent hobby is trail running and Spartan races, which he has found to be a fun and challenging way to get outside and exercise—he’s even run a 50k race! Brian’s favorite place to be is the Oregon Coast.
